Cookies: session, preference, and analytics cookies.
To provide the platform, process payments, deliver alerts, respond to support, improve features, prevent fraud, and send marketing communications (opt-out available). We do not sell your data.
Service providers only: Stripe (payments), email provider (alerts/transactional), analytics provider (anonymized). We do not sell personal information.
Account data: 3 years after closure. Payment records: 7 years. Usage logs: 12 months. Bid Intelligence notes: deleted upon account closure or user request.
