THE INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THIS PLATFORM IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. NOTHING ON THIS PLATFORM CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, LEGAL, OR TAX ADVICE. EMPIRE STRATEGIC CONSULTING LLC IS NOT A REGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISER, BROKER-DEALER, OR FINANCIAL PLANNER. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN INVESTMENT DECISIONS. 1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using Project Empire, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Empire Strategic Consulting LLC.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity to enter a binding contract.

3. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND PAYMENTS

  • Free Plan: Last 30 days of contracts, 10 searches/day, no watchlist, no alerts.
  • Investor Plan ($29/month): Full history, watchlist up to 25 companies, email and push alerts, CSV export, advanced filters.
  • Contractor Plan ($149/month): All Investor features plus NAICS filtering, incumbent tracking, bid history, recompete alerts, Bid Intelligence, metrics dashboard, SOW summaries, custom reports, priority support.
  • Enterprise Plan ($499/month): All Contractor features plus 5 team seats, API access, dedicated support.
  • Founding Contractor Rate ($99/month): Locked-for-life rate for first 5 contractor accounts. Cancellation forfeits the rate.

All fees are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. CONTRACTOR FEATURES ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Bid Intelligence is an informational research tool only. Project Empire does not facilitate, prepare, or submit bids on your behalf. All bid submission must be conducted through official government channels (SAM.gov). Always verify solicitation details directly on SAM.gov before proceeding. Project Empire does not provide legal, procurement, or contracting advice.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not scrape data, use automated bots, resell access, reverse engineer the platform, circumvent tier limits, or use the platform to manipulate securities markets.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The platform is owned by Empire Strategic Consulting LLC. Government contract data from SAM.gov, USASpending.gov, and FPDS is in the public domain.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Empire Strategic Consulting LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. INVESTMENT RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Past government contract awards are not indicative of future stock performance. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration (AAA rules) in Palm Bay, Florida. Class action waiver applies.
